Cheap, conveniently located, comfortable, never felt unsafe, even late at night, no hidden fees, and free valet parking.
Staff was not overly friendly, but that's perfectly in line with the rest of New Orleans.
It was cheap. We had a great stay. I'd definitely rent here again. For the price, I have no complaints.

Very friendly staff, felt like real New Orleans instead of a chain hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was first placed in a room that was very nice, but ended up being next door to someone who snored so loudly I could hear it clearly through the wall. When I let the person at the front desk know the next morning, she promptly moved me to an extremely nice room with beautiful retro New Orleans decor (antique furniture, old-fashioned wall paper, etc.).
